This policy explains how Sonant subscriptions, credits, cancellations and refunds work. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
1. Subscriptions & credits
Sonant is billed as a monthly subscription. Each cycle grants a set number of song credits; one processed song uses one credit.
Credits renew each month on your billing date and unused credits expire about two (2) months after they are granted.
Processing a song delivers a digital file immediately, so a used credit represents a delivered digital service.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew for the next cycle and you will not be charged again.
You keep access to any remaining valid credits until they expire.
Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current cycle (see below).
3. Refunds
14-day goodwill refund: if you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full provided you have not consumed credits from that billing cycle.
Technical failure: if a job fails due to a problem on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. If you were charged for a service we could not deliver, contact us for a full refund.
Used credits: because each processed song delivers a digital file right away, credits already consumed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of clear service failure.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
4. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws give you stronger rights than those described here, those rights apply.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] or use our contact page with your account email and (if relevant) the order details from your Paddle receipt. You can also manage or cancel your subscription through the link in the receipt email Paddle sends you.
